VIVALIAS accepts the following payment methods on www.vivalias.com:

All payments are processed in Australian dollars (AUD).
2. Transaction Security
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and partner payment providers, including PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

3D Secure enabled for card payments when required
Vivalias never stores your card details. Payment information is transmitted directly to the relevant payment providers.
3. Payment Timing
The full order amount is charged when the payment is confirmed.
A confirmation email is sent immediately after the order has been placed.
4. Invoicing
An electronic invoice is sent by email after the order has been dispatched.
It may also be available from your customer account, where applicable.
5. Declined Payment
If your payment is declined, please check with your bank or card provider, including possible spending limits, 3D Secure verification or card restrictions.

6. Disputes and Complaints

We aim to respond within 24 business hours.
