Step-by-Step Setup
1. Charge your Tracker Card
Place your LOCKFORD Tracker Card on any Qi-compatible wireless charger.
When the LED turns green, it's fully charged — good for up to 6 months under normal use.
Tip: a quick top-up every few months keeps it powered indefinitely.
2. Open the right app for your phone
Your card works with both — just set it up on the network your phone uses:
- On iPhone: open the Find My app (already built into your iPhone).
- On Android: open the Find Hub app — if you don't have it, download it free from the Google Play Store, and sign in with your Google Account.
Make sure Bluetooth + Location are turned on.
3. Put your card into pairing mode
Remove it from the packaging, then press and hold the button until you hear a short beep.
4. Connect in seconds
- On iPhone: in Find My, tap Items → Add Item → Other Supported Item, then follow the prompt to connect.
- On Android: your phone shows a pop-up — tap Connect (or Pair) to link it instantly.
Once connected, your card appears under "Items" in the app.
5. You're all set
